i appreciated the rooftop, as it was great to relax. the room was spacious and very clean. the bathroom included all commodities, such as qtips and makeup remover cotton. breakfast was tasty and came in large portions. fatima and abdul were always ready to help.

hot water took some time to come out of the tap , but once it did , it was very hot.

The staff helped arrange a private guide. It was really helpful. I appreciated their dinner and lunch recommendations to places a little off the beaten track. The breakfast each morning was a delicious way to start the day (especially the pancakes!).

The shower head was broken. Water sprayed everywhere and got my clothes wet. I had stored them in the bathroom.

The staff is cute and helpful. They really went out of their way to help organize tours to the city. They also assist with trips to the desert of Agafay. All staff had gone above and beyond with their service!

The driver had an unpleasant attitude. He did not offer help with baggage. The room looked different than the pictures. They seemed filtered.

Abdul and Fatima were especially helpful, offering great service. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely spot for relaxation. The room was clean. I could quickly reach every attraction and the Medina square from this location.
